Prices will vary depending on the type/size of property, number of bedrooms and extensions. All prices include the associated EPC registration fee with the Energy Performance of Buildings Register.
Retrofit Assessment
Range from £175 to £325
The cost of a retrofit assessment is in the region of £175 – £325 for the initial retrofit assessment. The retrofit survey cost includes a detailed assessment of your property and a report showing the findings.
General Energy Report
Range from £75 to £110
Costs will differ depending on the type/size of property, location, number of bedrooms and extensions, etc.
